The Lehigh Valley IronPigs thank you for your support and for considering us to be a part of your fundraising event. We will consider donation requests from organizations in the Eastern Pennsylvania region only. The information below will guide you through the process of requesting a donation and provide you with an overview of our guidelines. 

Please allow at least four (4) weeks for requests to be processed. All donations will be sent via US Mail, unless your organization is notified otherwise. 

Please note the following when submitting your donation request:

No phone calls please. Requests are filled at the discretion of the Lehigh Valley IronPigs.
Special consideration will be given to non-profit organizations, however not exclusively. We may not consider donation requests for for-profit organizations/groups, i.e. employee recognition/incentive programs, family reunions, etc. As much as we would like to, we are unable to respond favorably to all requests due to the number of requests we receive.
