MEMBER OF PHILLIES’ 40-MAN ROSTER... HOW OBTAINED: Selected by Philadelphia in 2nd round of
2006 draft... 2009: Began season with LHV... Named to the 2009 International League All-Star Team... Was
winning pitcher in Triple-A All-Star Game, striking out all three batters faced on nine total pitches... Finished
3rd in the IL in IP (156.0), T-4th in W (11), 6th in ERA (3.35) and SO (120)... Won a LHV record 11 games...
From 5/21-8/4 (span of 13 GS), went 8-2, 1.91 with LHV (13 GS, 84.1 IP, 18 ER) lowering ERA from 4.02
to 2.72... Pitched a season-high 8.0 scoreless innings, 6/27 vs Norfolk (5 H, BB, 7 SO)... Pitched at least 7.0
